Sandwich panels are a new environmentally friendly building material with unique qualities used for the construction of industrial and domestic facilities, production workshops and warehouses, pavilions, shops, service facilities, etc. Sandwich panels can be used for insulation and sound insulation of buildings.

Sandwich panels have a large margin of safety, low weight, high fire resistance, stability and resistance to temperature extremes, high thermal and soundproof properties.

Sandwich panels are produced on high-tech equipment, according to Western quality standards, using improved technology and modern construction materials.

"SHOH - PANEL" LLC OFFERS THE FOLLOWING PRODUCTS:

• wall and roof sandwich panels: three-layer, consisting of two covers made of thin-sheet galvanized steel with a colored polymer coating, in which expanded polystyrene with a density of up to 30 kg / m3 is used as a heater;
• component parts (shaped) elements are bent metal sheets of certain sizes and configurations, designed to close the joints obtained during installation, made of the same metal as the sandwich panels, in the same color scheme.

For the production of sandwich panels, high quality raw materials from Russia and China are used.

• EPS polystyrene (PSV) - made in Russia, Iran
• Chemical polyurethane adhesive - made in Russia

• Width - 980 (mounting - 960)
• Length - from 1,500 to 17,000
• Steel color range: for wall sandwich panels: white (RAL 9003), beige (RAL 1015); for roofing sandwich panels: burgundy (RAL 3005), blue (RAL 5005).

Sandwich panels are produced according to O´z DSt 731 - 96 and have a certificate of conformity, permission for use from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Main Directorate of Fire Safety. (Protocol No. 259 dated 06/14/19 - fire resistance limit for loss of integrity (E) up to 20 minutes).

Sandwich panels produced by SHOH - PANEL LLC are supplied for the construction of refrigeration chambers for storing products of the State Reserve.

Prices are indicated as of 01.06.2020 and are valid for 30 days

Prices are indicated for sandwich panels with filler density: 15 kg / m3.

At the request of the customer, the density of the filler can be increased with a corresponding increase in the cost of sandwich panels.
