The production of electricity from mini hydroelectric power plants is attractive from both an economic and environmental point of view, and the expansion of production is quite feasible, given that there is a large shortage in electricity production in Uzbekistan, especially in rural areas.
Shah Polan Group invests in mini hydroelectric power plants to provide its nearby facilities and the local population with clean, affordable and stable electricity.
At the beginning of 2023, a mini hydroelectric power plant in Andijan with a capacity of 1 MW will be launched. It will be built on the Sary-Dzhuga River.
Planned capacity:
(1st quarter 2023)
(1st stage)
(2024)
(2nd stage)
